This is a news ticker to publish notices or news on your site through an interactive way. It has a admin panel with text formatting support. It uses a text file to store data.

Installation:
Upload the folder in your host and change the CHMOD Settings of news.txt file to 777.

I don't have php support!
Incase you don't have php support you can't be able to use the admin panel to edit delete news. You shall need edit the news.txt file manually. And the other thing you have to do is...
1. open up the "news_flasher.fla" file with macromedia flash.
2. Right click on the component, (marked with orange color box) and click edit in place. Go to the actions of the component. Find out the text "reader.php" and change it with "news.txt"

Changing Admin Password:
Open the index.fla file in admin folder, go to the first frame of password layer, open the action panel for frame 1 and then change the value of "password"
